Move-out always sucks

Imagine that ... move-out sucks. It was no less than "hell" degrees outside and humidity slightly above that of the ocean (20 or 30 feet down). I had the pleasure of taking all of my worldly possessions (most of which weight more than a hippo after Thanksgiving) down 3 flights of stairs. The highlight of the day was getting my cable disconnected. The clerk asked my why I was disconnecting... wondering if I was moving to another area. I got to respond, "yea... to another country." Her path towards telling me that I could just transfer my account to the new area got seriously owned.

So anyways - my CD player is broken, so I got to drive 2.5 hours home at the mercy of various DJs along my route. I finally made it, though, and the kitties still love me (little attention hogs). Now I just need to unpack out of the van ... and then re-pack for the plane.
